Redz runs on a Saturday morning and currently has 2 classes on offer:
Technique Class: 9-10am on Saturday.
In the Technique class we go through the basics of dance movement, which means that the performers get a better understanding of how to execute the routines which they get taught as well as helping them understand drama movement while working on their stamina and flexibility.
Redz: 10-1pm on Saturday from the ages of 7-16.
With our older class, we introduce a higher level of technique and skill set to encourage them to become engaging and imaginative performers. They learn each of the three disciplines: Dance, Drama and Singing and have dedicated classes on each. With 3 terms a year, we teach technique and goal setting during Spring- allowing the children to push themselves with their own targets and learn new skills and techniques. We then have 2 show terms a year (Summer and Winter) here we turn our heads towards the performance factor and encourage children to become crafted and accomplished performers, by using their newly learnt skills. These terms typically consist of a themed Summer Showcase and a Christmas Pantomime.
